My passion and drive in life has always been to help others achieve their full potential. To allow for empowerment of every individual, for everyone to have a voice.
My background has been a mixture of both children and adult care sector as well as palliative hospice care in both children and adults.
In 2012 I undertook a degree in social work and I am a fully qualified social worker. Within my role I have seen the lack of resources available, which then pushed my drive for this unique business, to allow as many people as possible to access as many services as possible, to enable them to aim as high as they can.
I want the clients and their families to all feel part of a community with a joint shared goal.
After leaving the Forces in 2010 I embarked on a career in the health and social care sector. Initially working for a local care agency, predominantly worked on transitions to independent living with Adults with disabilities.
In 2014 I completed a BA (Hons) Social Work degree (Where I met Amanda) and since I've worked in a Children's Therapeutic Residential setting.
In 2016 I completed a L1 Dyadic Developmental Practitioners course and worked closely with the children preparing them for post 18 transitions to independence.
